For the smooth processing of the sales contract with its customers, Outlet-one is obliged to enter in the packages of its customers personal data concerning the shipping-delivery process (Name, Address, telephone, etc.). Outlet-one assumes no responsibility if this information is used by third parties.
OUTLET-ONE undertakes to ship the products from its distribution center within two working days from the completion of the order, provided that they are available. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed from (next) Monday. The products are delivered by courier company (SPEEDEX) to the address (headquarters of the transport) chosen by the user.
The delivery time of the order is 2 to 4 days, depending on the geographical area of the recipient.
There may be delays during periods of discounts and holidays. OUTLET-ONE will inform by e-mail about any delays in the user's order. OUTLET-ONE is not responsible for delays that do not result from its own fault or are due to force majeure.
